Do you have fishing on site?– No Fishing on site but nearby.
What is the closest pubs to site? -The nearest pubs are 30 minutes walk or a 10 minute drive, in the nearest town Cromford. These pubs are called; The Greyhound Inn; The Boat Inn; The Bell. The next town is Wirksworth, which is a 40 minute walk or 10 minute drive. The pubs are called; The Red Lion; The Hope and Anchor; The Lime Kiln
Are dogs allowed on site? – Dogs are allowed on site but must be kept on a lead. There are plenty of woods around the site for walks. 1 dog is included in the price of the stay, extra dogs are an extra cost per night. Dog accessories are sold in the shop. There are many local pubs that are dog friendly
Where is the closest supermarket?– In our site shop we have fresh and frozen food available everyday. If you need a larger shop please see the closest ones to site below
Matlock has a number of high street shops including Sainsbury’s; M&S food hall and Iceland
Ripley has a large Sainsburys.
Belper has Morrisons/ Aldi and B&M all in one area
Do I need to pay a deposit for my stay?– Electric bookings require a deposit to secure the pitch. Non electric bookings do not need a deposit for the booking. Deposits are non refundable and non transferable
Is there a minimum night stay?– For electric pitches there is a 2 night minimum stay. For the bank holidays there is a 3 night minimum stay. Non electric pitches do not have any minimum night stay
